Devil & Angel: A simple classic that can be as sexy as you want to make it. For an interesting twist make the good one in the relationship play the bad, and vice-versa.
Killer & Bimbo who gets killed: I thought this up a couple weeks ago and got some laughs from those I told it to. The killer only really needs a weapon, but a mask and a costume would be easy to do. The bimbo should wear something revealing and should make sure to buy lots of special effects make up to look corpse-like. In horror movies people are always getting killed right after sex, so maybe opt to wear a large button up shirt, add a little fake blood, and tease the hell out of your hair too. Cheap and easy!
Cop & Prisoner: This will cost a little more money…generally the remade costumes have everything you need to pull this one off. Traditionally girls tend to be the police officer, but it really doesn’t matter how to decide.
Super heroes: This is a nice costume because you can get as creative as you want to make your own alias. And who says you have to be heroes? Consider being a super villain duo!
Mermaid & Fisherman: If you are looking for a creative costume and have some extra money to spare I’d say go with this! I heard about this a couple years back at a big San Francisco Halloween party, the couple ended up winning the price for best costume.
Ketchup & Mustard/salt & pepper: If you need a quick costume consider doing this. It can be as simple as wearing a red and yellow (or black and white) shirt. If you want to add a third member to your group (like a child or pet) consider dressing them in green to be relish/oregano.
The possibilities for pairings are really endless. With a little brainstorming you and your mate are sure to come up with more on your own. Also make sure to also think of places you two can go to show off your costumes on Halloween!
